Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and a salted hash of your password. We never store your password in plain text.
• Sites and check results: the URLs you add, the checks we plan for them, and the results of each run.
• Launch Checks: the URL you submit and the result. For rate limiting we store a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself.
• Marketing consent: whether you ticked the product-updates box, when, and the exact wording you agreed to. We only add you to our mailing list if you ticked it.
• Billing: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription IDs, never your card details.

Who processes it

• Vercel (web hosting) and Hetzner (check servers, EU).
• Stripe (payments).
• Resend (transactional email and our signup list). We may later move the signup list to ActiveCampaign.
• Google Gemini, which receives the public structure of your site (links and form fields) once, to plan your checks. Never your account data.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing email with one click in any email. To export or delete your account and data, email privacy@flowsnitch.com. We delete it within 30 days.
